I’m passionate about creating mindful wellness experiences that help others move with ease, release stress, and reconnect with their bodies.

I’ve never faced any major health crises, but I was told I had high cholesterol in my early 30s — and that if I didn’t get it under control, I’d need to go on a statin. That was a wake-up call. I’d always considered myself healthy. I loved fitness, worked at a fitness center through college, and thrived in the gym and group exercise environment. But looking back, my understanding of nutrition was limited. I worked out to stay fit, not realizing how much my long-term health depended on what I was putting into my body.
As I got older — especially during and after my pregnancies — I began noticing some physical symptoms that I hadn’t dealt with before. My digestion slowed down, and I wasn’t going to the bathroom regularly, which caused abdominal discomfort. I also started having trouble with sleep — especially if I had ice cream or alcohol late at night. I’d wake up with night sweats, feeling uncomfortable and unrested. I was bloated often, but because I was still working out and burning calories, I didn’t realize how much my internal systems were struggling.
These issues started to affect how I felt in my daily life. The bloating and gassiness were embarrassing at times, especially around my husband. My sleep suffered, which meant my energy dipped — and that impacted my overall sense of well-being. I didn’t feel like the healthiest version of myself, and that nagging feeling started to weigh on me. I was frustrated that I couldn’t do the same things in my 30s as I could in my 20s. That confusion drove me to start researching. I began devouring nutrition books, including The Primal Blueprint, to better understand what was going on with my body.

That curiosity led me to start making real, sustainable changes to my health — starting with my nutrition. I shifted my focus from just burning calories at the gym to truly fueling my body with intention. I began prioritizing protein and paying close attention to how different foods made me feel. At one point, I eliminated dairy and grains entirely to help my gut and reduce inflammation, and over time, I learned how to reintroduce them in moderation, listening to my body’s signals.
Rather than following strict food rules, I now try to eat intuitively — choosing foods that I know support my energy, digestion, and overall well-being. I’m still learning and evolving. There are days I fall off track, but I’ve developed a much deeper understanding of how to take care of myself and how to come back to balance without guilt or extremes. It’s no longer about chasing a certain look — it’s about feeling good, strong, and in tune with my body.
I’ve been researching and studying health and nutrition for almost 10 years now, and in everyday conversations, I realize how much more I know than the average person. I was already helping friends and family on their health journeys, and I love coaching and growing with people as they improve their lives. Being healthy is central to living a bigger, fuller life, and I want to share that passion.

I am ready to tackle anything that comes my way, and I’m in this for the long haul — longevity matters to me. I want to keep moving, exploring, and living life to the fullest for as long as God keeps me on this beautiful earth.
Most of all, I’m excited to help people, especially busy moms, focus on their own self-care. We’re often the last to take care of ourselves, always putting everyone else first. I can’t wait to help others see the importance of filling their own cups first, so they have the energy to give their best to their families and lives.
